P4SA USA was born from a clear idea: to bring the essence of La Masia methodology—the philosophy that shaped generations of world-class players at FC Barcelona—to United States of America, while respecting and embracing the local culture, rhythm, and style of the game.
Founded by Isaac Garcia, Albert Portas, Carlos Portas, and Alex Kosemyan P4SA USA connects European football intelligence with the ambition and identity of players in the United States. Guided by former FC Barcelona coaches and players, our mission is to deliver professional soccer training and elite development camps built on education, structure, and long-term player growth.
From California to Texas, Nebraska to Florida, Idaho to Maine, P4SA USA creates environments where players are challenged, evaluated honestly, and developed through a proven European framework—adapted for the modern North American player.
